Every Friday at the Park Hotel, we fire up a lineup that covers every kind of craving. Whether you’re into smoky, cheesy, spicy, crispy or classic, there’s a burger here with your name on it.
Feeling bold?
The Smokey Brisket Burger brings low-and-slow BBQ brisket, melted cheese and truffle slaw on toasted Turkish bread. Big flavour. No shortcuts.
Chasing the pub classic?
You can’t go past the Aussie Burger. Wagyu beef, bacon, egg, pineapple, beetroot, cheese, BBQ sauce—the whole backyard legend in a toasted milk bun.
Like a bit of heat?
Pierre’s Jalapeño Chicken Burger delivers char-grilled chicken, smokey honey BBQ jalapeños and chipotle mayo. It’s got bite, but it won’t knock you over.
